Privacy

How we handle your data and protect your privacy.

What we collect

When you use the portal, we may collect:

  • Chat messages you send to the AI assistant
  • Documents you upload for analysis
  • Account information if you create an account (email, name)
  • Basic usage data to improve the service

Temporary storage

Chat sessions and uploaded documents are stored on a case-by-case basis and retained only as long as needed to provide the service. We do not build long-term profiles from your interactions.

No selling or sharing

We never sell your data. Your information is not shared with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. Data may be shared only when required by law or necessary to operate the service (e.g., sending your messages to the AI provider for processing).

Your control

You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. Anonymous chat sessions are not linked to any identity and cannot be retrieved after the session ends.

Framework

Our privacy practices are informed by the NIST Privacy Framework. As a nonprofit, we have no financial incentive to collect or monetize your data.
